He grew up in Cortland, New York , moving to Las Vegas after high school to attend UNLV . It was at UNLV that Tripoli earned the nickname “Big Juice.” He was nicknamed after “not paying” a series of bets with his frat brothers. They baptized it with the title, as a work of the Welches juice brand. He graduated in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology . 

 

Tripoli has said that performance and the desire to make people laugh has been in his blood since he was two years old, and he started stand-up on a bet. He was soon performing in Las Vegas casinos with the Mutiny, an improv troupe he co-founded, as well as hosting weekly strip shows

In 2000, Tripoli moved to Los Angeles. Her break came while she was working the door at The Comedy Store . Owner Mitzi Shore put on a Middle Eastern-themed show called “Arab Knights”  and Tripoli’s Armenian heritage put it on the bill. He was one of two comedians at The Comedy Store who performed his first play as a regular at The Main Room; the other was Roseanne Barr

In 2006, his friend and comedian Steve Byrne took him to audition for Spike TV , Tripoli to become co-host of the Wild World of Spike network . 

Tripoli was chosen as a finalist in the 2008 “Who Wants to Be Howard Stern ” contest, and his demo was put on television. 

Tripoli is currently performing a tour in Los Angeles. “Crimefighter” was the title of her debut comedy album and a frequent theme song in her act. She has toured as part of The Monsters of Comedy,  Rock Stars of Comedy, and a USO tour of Afghanistan hosted by Vince Vaughn

Tripoli created The Naughty Show, which is a live comedy variety show and weekly podcast on the DEATHSQUAD network. Both shows incorporate comedians, adult film stars, characters, and videos. He is also a frequent guest on The Joe Rogan Experience and Ice House Chronicles.

In 2012, Tripoli and comedians Ari Shaffir and Jayson Thibault launched Punch-Drunk, a sports radio show, on the Toadhop Network.  In 2017, Tripoli released a double comedy album, “The Diabolical”.
